Located on the Downstairs floor of the 30 Lyman Street Building. Enter through the doors in the center of the building and follow the signs to Westborough TV. 
From Route 9 at the set of lights at the intersection of Rte 9 & Lyman Street, turn south onto Lyman Street, enter the Westborough Shopping Center (Stop & Shop, Marshalls, Ruby Tuesdays, Julio's Liquors). Once in the shopping center, take your next right, and then another right into the parking lot in front of the 30 Lyman Street Building.
